Michael Day

Born in Flagstaff, Arizona, Michael Day grew up as the oldest of five boys in a proud military family. Moving frequently during his childhood instilled in him adaptability and resilience, qualities that would later shape his approach to both life and business. From an early age, Michael discovered a love for building and creating, spending countless hours working construction, being outdoors, and woodworking alongside his grandfather, who helped inspire his lifelong passion for craftsmanship.

With more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Michael has built his career on hard work, integrity, and attention to detail. As a young adult, he moved to North Carolina, where he met his wife, earned his MBA from Western Governors University, and together they raised four daughters. In 2018, Michael and his family moved to Flagstaff, an unexpected return to his birthplace.

Shortly after settling in Arizona, Michael founded Elite Contracting Services with a clear vision: to provide clients with reliable, high-quality contracting services grounded in trust and transparency. He believes every project should reflect honesty, craftsmanship, and collaboration, values that ensure every client feels confident in the process and proud of the results.
